Breaking News: The Potomac River in Washington DC became the Chopper Crash site of a plane in the US. Authorities haven't yet determined how numerous people were on board the marketable spurt. The plane crashed after colliding with a copter during its approach to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Rescue boats are scanning the Potomac River.

FAA announced that American Airlines Flight 5342 struck a Black Hawk helicopter close to DC airport. The recorded footage reveals the two aircraft meeting in mid-air resulting in a spectacular burst of fire.

PSA Airlines operated the American Airlines flight using a CRJ-700 aircraft.

Senator Jerry Morgan from Kansas revealed the passenger plane came from Kansas and was heading to Washington DC Airport. He requested public prayers for everyone affected through his X platform update.

The aircraft coming from Kansas crashed at DCA.

The Washington DC Fire Services reports that the incident took place on Wednesday evening. The airport temporarily canceled all flights during the emergency response to plane crash incident as confirmed through X plane crash news.

The field has stopped all arriving and departing breakouts at DCA. Exigency brigades are presently handling an aircraft incident taking place on the airport. The outstation remains open.

The District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department issued a report close to 9 PM regarding an aircraft crash into a river near the airport. Fire department boats were promptly sent to the scene to help with the situation.
