Israel News: Accusing Hamas of changing the position on some points of the Gaza peace deal and also delaying the vote to ratify the agreement is how Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sees the situation. Netanyahu's statement comes a day after US President Joe Biden and Qatar's PM announced the deal, which would pause the devastating 15-month war in Gaza and clear the way for the release of dozens of hostages.
