India has strongly rejected a Canadian commission report alleging interference in Canada’s elections, calling the claims “false and fabricated,” according to government sources quoted by CNN-News18.

“All allegations against India are baseless,” a government source stated. “Instead of making accusations, Canada should respond to the dossiers we have submitted over the years. Serious crimes against India have been committed by individuals residing in Canada, yet no action has been taken despite concrete evidence.”

Unanswered Dossiers and Terror Links

According to sources, India has repeatedly urged Canada to take action against individuals involved in criminal activities targeting India. Over the past decade, nearly 30 dossiers have been handed over to Canadian authorities, but no response has been received.

“Terror attack perpetrators are openly residing in Canada, yet there has been no cooperation,” the source added. “From the Kanishka bombing to the Mohali attack, these incidents were orchestrated by Khalistani groups based in Canada.”

Legal requests (LRs) and Interpol notices issued by India have also remained unaddressed, with Canada citing freedom of expression as a reason for inaction.

Key Individuals India Wants Action Against

India has specifically asked Canada to act against several individuals linked to criminal and terrorist activities:

Gurpatwant Singh Pannun – Founder of Sikhs for Justice, designated terrorist, accused of sedition, and leading the “Referendum 2020” campaign.

Satinderjeet Singh (Goldy Brar) – Allegedly linked to the murder of singer Sidhu Moose Wala; Canada has confirmed his presence but cited legal barriers to extradition.

Harjot Singh (Rinda) – Accused of smuggling arms into Punjab using drones, with a ₹10 lakh reward for information.

Sandeep Singh Sidhu – Allegedly involved in extortion and terrorism, currently employed by Canada’s Border Services Agency.

Arshdeep Singh (Arsh Dalla) – Accused of radicalizing Sikh youth to participate in criminal activities.

Lakhbir Singh – Suspected in two RPG attacks in Punjab, with a ₹15 lakh bounty on his arrest.

Charanjit Singh (Rinku Randhawa) – Gangster and pro-Khalistan radical with over 25 criminal cases.

Ramandeep Singh – Brother of gangster Gagan Judge, affiliated with the Jaipal Bhullar gang.

Sukha Duneke (Sukhdul Singh) – Faces 30 criminal cases in India.

India’s Security Concerns

Sources claim that former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau played into Pakistan’s ISI influence to maintain support from the Sikh diaspora. They allege that young people from Punjab were taken to Canada and pressured into making anti-India statements for propaganda purposes.

Indian authorities are particularly concerned about Canada granting visas to individuals accused of crimes against India, who then continue their activities from Canadian soil.

"Gurpatwant Singh Pannun operates from the UK, US, and Canada, issuing open threats, yet no country has taken action against him," a source stated.

Attacks on Indian Missions and Communities

Indian diplomatic missions, Hindu and Sikh communities, and officials have reportedly been targeted by pro-Khalistan groups like Sikhs for Justice. India has repeatedly requested intervention but has received no response from Canadian authorities.

“Indian ambassadors and missions face threats even in the presence of security forces, yet Canada remains silent,” a source noted. “Meanwhile, murders, extortion, and organized crime networks continue operating in Punjab with overseas backing.”

India has reiterated its demand for Canada to take decisive action against individuals engaged in anti-India activities, emphasizing that continued inaction is harming diplomatic relations between the two nations.
