Hyderabad: Telangana IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao’s trip to the US has resulted in yet another huge investment by a global firm. A leading provider of innovative customer care and customer experience (CX) solutions, Bain Capital-owned VXI Global Solutions, announced its entry into Hyderabad.
