Telangana Aviation Academy teams up with NRSC for drone pilot training

Hyderabad: In a significant development aimed at enhancing the skill set of drone pilots, Telangana State Aviation Academy has partnered with the National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), a prominent division of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). The collaboration formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), seeks to provide cutting-edge training in drone operations.
The MoU signing ceremony took place at the Telangana Aviation Academy premises, where CEO SN Reddy and NRSC Director Prakash Chauhan inked the agreement. The event witnessed the esteemed presence of Telangana's Chief Minister, A. Revanth Reddy, alongside Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and ISRO Chairman S. Somnath.
The state's Chief Secretary, Santhi Kumari, and R&B Secretary Srinivasa Raju, along with officials from NRSC, also graced the occasion. This collaboration underscores Telangana's commitment to fostering technological advancements in aviation and further strengthens its partnership with key institutions in the aerospace sector.
