Hyderabad: The Federation of Telangana Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FTCCI), in collaboration with the All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (SZ) and Telangana Tax Practitioners Association, is set to host a National Tax Conference at the KLN Prasad Auditorium, Federation House, FTCCI, Red Hills on Saturday, March 23rd.
The conference will feature discussions on various topics, including "Understanding Sec.43B(h): Section 147 and 148 from 1.4.2021: A Welcome Bliss or disguised Bane," "Analysis of Input Tax Credit, U/s 16 (2) and 16 (4)," and "Recent Landmark decisions under GST."
Justice Sri Ujjal Bhuyan, Judge of the Supreme Court of India, has been invited as the Chief Guest for the inaugural function. Joining him will be Justice Sri Alok Aradhe, Chief Justice of the High Court of Telangana, who will be the Guest of Honour.
Notable speakers at the conference will include CA P Samba Murthy, CA K Rajendra Prasad, Sri M Sreenivas (Retd., Principal Chief Commissioner of GST for Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry), and CA V Sudhir.
