I’m not just leading a company, but driving a movement for Aatmanirbhar Bharat. We target revenue of Rs250 cr within next 5 years - Satyandra Vadavalli, Co-Founder, Trinitech Infrastructure

Visakhapatnam: In a rapidly evolving global landscape, where technological innovation and self-reliance define a country’s progress, Satyandra Vadavalli, Co-Founder of Trinitech Infrastructure (India) Private Ltd, is charting out a bold new course. With a foundation built on years of expertise in executing some of India’s most ambitious defence and industrial projects, Satyandra is not just leading a company; he’s driving a movement for Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

From INS Arihant to Trinitech: it appears to be a visionary leader’s journey. Before co-founding Trinitech with Satya Prabhakar, Satyandra earned his stripes in one of India’s most complex and high-stakes projects INS Arihant, India’s first nuclear submarine programme launched in Visakhapatnam. Tasked with planning, resource management, execution monitoring, and developing innovative business models, Satyandra contributed to the successful completion of this technological marvel in a humble way.

His tenure at L&T also included key roles in integrating BrahMos missiles onto Indian warships, serving as Operations Head for one of India’s largest solar CSP power plants and working as Executive Assistant to L&T Chairman & Padma Awardee AM Naik, gaining insights into leadership and strategic decision-making.

Satyandra, who has set an ambitious target for Trinitech Infrastructure to achieve a revenue of Rs250 crore within the next five years, told Bizz Buzz that in his entrepreneurial journey, the credit for their success goes to Trinitech co-founder Satya Prabhakar and the handful of employees with whom they started their entrepreneurial journey over a decade ago. .

“The experiences we gained over the years taught us how to navigate complexity, manage resources effectively, and build innovative frameworks for success. They were instrumental in shaping our ability to handle the challenges of technology-intensive projects,” Satyandra pointed out.

Headquartered in Visakhapatnam, Trinitech Infrastructure has established itself as a key MSME player in India’s defence ecosystem, making significant contributions to the Make-In-India mission. The company also plays a vital role in regional development, providing employment opportunities to 50+engineers and over 300 workmen, showcasing its commitment to empowering.

By encouraging local talent and fostering economic growth, Trinitech collaborates with marquee clients like the Indian Navy, DRDO Labs, and L&T and actively contributes to programmes like the Technology Development Fund (TDF) and iDEX (Innovation for Defence Excellence).

One of Trinitech’s standout achievements includes the design and development of an underwater target structure for combat testing of torpedoes in partnership with Naval Science and Technological Laboratory (NSTL). This innovation enabled the successful trials of the Heavy Weight Torpedo Varunastra, further enhancing the Indian Navy’s capabilities. “We’re not just building businesses; we’re building the future of India,” asserted Satyandra, adding “the lessons I’ve learned, from INS Arihant to Trinitech, continue to shape our work, ensuring that innovation, responsibility, and excellence remain at the heart of everything we do.”
