Factors such as rapid growth of high-end residences, A-grade office spaces (especially in the IT sector), and residential/commercial apartments, is supporting the brands architectural material with larger market base.
Stonelam said in the previous year, both the Telugu states accounted for over 5 per cent of business, and this figure is expected to reach 8-10 per cent in the current financial year.
Sandeep Bagade, CEO, Stonelam, expressed his optimism regarding the region’s growth, “With the surge in real estate and infrastructural development, the brand aims to achieve a business turnover of Rs 18-20 crore from this region in the financial year 2023-24.” Stonelam has a presence across India with partners at 200 locations and warehouses.
