Ramky One Harmony’s phase-1 gets occupancy nod

Hyderabad: Ramky Estates, a property developer announced the receipt of Occupancy Certificate (OC) for its project, Ramky One Harmony (phase-one). Spread across 8.1 acres in Pragathi Nagar, Kukatpally, the gated community project has seven towers and 803 units in total constituting two, 2.5, three, and 3.5 BHK flats.

The project features separate clubhouses for phase one and two, a roof-top swimming pool, an indoor badminton court, a fully-equipped gym, a business lounge, dedicated spaces for yoga and meditation, landscaped gardens, a central courtyard, dedicated children’s play area, an open-air theatre, and a reflexology path.
