Praneeth Groundbreaking Event Held For Rs 1,000-Cr Villa Project

Hyderabad: Praneeth Group, a real estate developer, held the groundbreaking ceremony for Praneeth Pranav Redfern Square, a luxury villa project worth Rs 1,000 crore, spread across 30 acres, at Tukkuguda, Hyderabad (near ORR Exit 14).
Redfern Square, currently in its pre-launch phase, will feature more than 350 villas, each offering plot sizes ranging between 180 to 350 sq yd with price starting at Rs 8,000 per sft, excluding amenities.
“The Bhoomi Pooja marks the commencement of the construction for our prestigious project, which promises to deliver unparalleled luxury and comfort to its residents. The villas will offer a harmonious blend of contemporary architecture and serene natural surroundings,” said Narendra Kumar Kamaraju, Chairman and Managing Director of Praneeth Group.
Speaking about the key highlights of the project, Kamaraju said that the spacious triplex villas will offer ample living space for families, with modern architectural designs and premium finishes.
He further said that the project will feature a wide range of modern amenities to enhance residents' lifestyle, the details of which will be revealed soon.
On the location of the project, he said that Redfern Square is situated in Thukkuguda, which is a five-minute drive away to the Outer Ring Road (ORR) Exit 14.
