NCC Ltd Q2 Net Doubles To Rs 174.8 Cr, Margin Improves

Hyderabad: Real estate and construction major, NCC Ltd doubled its net profit in the second quarter ended September of current financial year.

The company’s net profit for the quarter increased to Rs174.8 crore as compared to Rs86.2 crore reported during the same quarter last year.

Revenue for the quarter stood at Rs5,196 crore, a growth of 10 per cent compared to the Rs4,719.6 crore reported in the same period a year ago.

NCC’s Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) saw a healthy 45.8 per cent growth on a year-on-year basis to Rs443 crore as compared to Rs303.7 crore posted last year. EBITDA margin for the quarter expanded by over 200 basis points to 8.5 per cent from 6.4 per cent reported a year ago.

For the six month period of FY25, the company has reported a turnover of Rs10,782.69 crore, as compared to Rs9,153.12 crore reported a year ago.
