Hyderabad: The Telangana chapter of the National Real Estate Development Council (Naredco) will hold its three-day property expo in Hyderabad from October 25 to 27. This time, the organisers are focusing buyer-seller connect and interaction to make the property show more effective. The 14thNaredco Telangana Property Show, which will be held at Hitex in Hyderabad, is expected to see participation from 120 developers, building material suppliers, financial institutions and others.

“Our property shows always evoke good response. It will be same this time also. We are planning to organise the show in a different way this time to expand the reach. Developers will give attractive offers this time. It will be beneficial for customers if they book properties at the show,” Vijaya Sai Meka, president, Naredco Telangana, told Bizz Buzz. Banks will also give some incentives for home loans for those booking at the property show, he added.

As much as 65 per cent of property show space has already been booked. As Naredco Telangana organises only one property show in a year, the real estate sector’s body focuses on it to make it successful in a grand way. “This property show is a genuine event for people aspiring to purchase homes and seeking other solutions related to the real estate industry. It will be an appropriate platform to showcase all projects, building products and services,” Naredco Telangana said.
