Magicbricks Joins 100 Realtors For Site Visits

In its first year of operation, the programme facilitated more than 8,200 site visits across 120 projects, leading to 450 confirmed home bookings

Hyderabad: Magicbricks, a real estate platform, said it has scaled up its Property Visit feature by partnering with over 100 developers, including Aura Realty, Vision Infra Developers, Elegant Infra and Aparna Constructions.

In its first year of operation, the programme facilitated more than 8,200 site visits across 120 projects, leading to 450 confirmed home bookings, with an average ticket size of Rs1.25 crore, an official press release from the Proptech mentioned.

The Property Visit feature lets homebuyers explore properties, and offers curated project recommendations based on individual preferences like budget, location, and configuration. The programme also provides logistical support for property visits.

Sudhir Pai, CEO, Magicbricks, said: “Traditionally, residential demand would taper off in December following the festive season. However, over the past three years, the aspiration for homeownership has remained robust, with prospective buyers actively seeking their dream homes year-round. With India’s first Property Visit Fest, we are poised to harness this sustained demand, connecting builders with relevant and intent-driven customers while simplifying the decision-making journey for homebuyers.”

The CEO further added that repeat visits have emerged as a key indicator of strong interest, with some buyers visiting four to five properties in a single day leading to reduction in decision-making time by nearly 50 per cent.
