Luxury Apartment Complex By Praneeth Group Coming Up

Hyderabad: Real estate developer, Praneeth Group announced the construction of Praneeth Pranav Ixora, a luxury high-rise apartment in the city’s education hub. Spread across 8.31 acres, the residential property has 1,504 flats coming up on 1,305 to 3,130 sft.

Located near JNTU, Hydernagar, the new venture is offering two, 2.5, three, and 3.5 BHK flats, for which work is currently underway on the ground floors of tower 1 and tower 2, an official release from the developer said. The residential community features vehicle-free podium, kids’ play area, walkways, a swimming pool, an amphitheatre, a pet park, and both indoor and outdoor recreational facilities.
