International Realty Hines launches 2nd phase Elevate in Gurgaon

New Delhi: International realty firm Hines announced collaboration with Indian real estate company Conscient Infrastructure for the launch of the second phase of its project namely Elevate. The two companies had launched their first phase of the project in June 2019, and as of today has recorded a sale of over Rs. 900 Crores.

Phase two of the project will offer 248 units in the luxury apartments segment. According to the developers, customers can choose from three different variations of the apartments including 3BKH, 3BHK and Powder Room and 3BHK, Powder Room and a Study. The apartments have premium specifications and have been designed to offer a luxury lifestyle. While the Indian realty company is the developer for the project, Hines is the investment manager and advisor.

The project has been designed to address the gaps in the local micro-market while providing a complete lifestyle to our customers," said Ms. Monish Krishna, Managing Director - Development, Hines.

The project is located at Gurgaon, Haryana and is being constructed by TATA Projects.
