Speaking to Bizz Buzz, KSRK Raju (Sai), Chairman of Credai Visakhapatnam Chapter, said the State government’s proactive initiatives, particularly the introduction of a single-window system for building approvals is a welcome move.
“The government’s decision to implement time-bound building approvals from December 31 is a commendable step that will significantly accelerate the pace of business in the real estate sector,” he said. This, coupled with other policy reforms, is expected to bring substantial investments and fuel rapid urban development, solidifying Visakhapatnam’s position as a leading city in infrastructure and livability,” he added.

He emphasised the need for enhanced infrastructure, including flyovers and improved connectivity to the upcoming Bhogapuram International Airport, to complement the city’s growth trajectory.
Sai also highlighted Visakhapatnam’s increasing appeal as an investment destination for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). Speaking on the exhibition, E Ashok Kumar, Vice President of Credai Visakhapatnam, emphasised the expo’s crucial role in empowering buyers to make informed decisions. “Our primary goal is to create a unified platform where homebuyers can explore a wide range of properties, including apartments, villas, and flats,” he stated.
