Casagrand Launches Premium Residential Project

Hyderabad: Casagrand, a real estate developer in South India, announced the launch of Casagrand Evon, a premium residential community at Kompally. The Rera registered project houses 579 three and four BHK apartments starting from Rs1.5 crore.

The apartments are built on 6.8 acre which also includes over 100 lifestyle amenities. The community has 4.7 acres of open space, with two acres of Japanese themed landscape, and 35,000 sft clubhouse spread over four floors, that features multipurpose hall, business centre, spa, indoor games area, a rooftop infinity swimming pool, rooftop barbeque areas, reflexology pathways, trampoline zones, senior citizen lounges, terrace seating, and dedicated pet zones.
