Hyderabad: BuildAhome, a Bengaluru-based home construction services company on Friday said it is offering flat Rs 50 off per sqft on eco-friendly home construction. The company has reduced the prices from Rs 1700 to Rs 1650 per sqft. Commemorating with the brands fifth anniversary, this festive offer is available till 15 October, 2021, the company said in a statement.
The customer is free to choose the eco-friendly material to build their home such as a clay tile to a recycled wood, to avoid further cutting of trees and encourage sustainable preservation. All green houses are made of sustainable natural material which ensures that the home is safe from any chemical or other toxins that can possibly harm family, neighbours and even the environment. Most of these building materials include non-toxic paint, solar and/or wind energy, insulated walls, woods, rainwater and wind turbines, the company added.
Started in 2016, the bootstrapped home construction startup in a span of five years has delivered over 400 homes across Karnataka and clocked a revenue of over Rs 100 crore during the period.
Abhijith R Priyan, CEO, BuildAhome said: "Our team consist of experts in their respective field and have engraved our company's mission and vision in their minds. The timely project delivery is so much so that we have self-imposed penalty policy which gets activated a day after the delivery scheduled date. This helps the team to maintain their focus and complete the project on the given deadline."
"It is a myth that constructing a green home is 15-20 per cent expensive when compared to constructing a similar conventional home. But this cost can be recovered over time in terms of what the construction saves for you in form of energy. Moreover, with greater adoption and new innovations what BuildAhome provides, this percentage will lower with time, too," he added.
