ICICI Home Finance opens branch in AP

Eluru: ICICI Home Finance Company (ICICI HFC), one of India’s leading HFCs, has opened a new branch here as part of its expansion plans in Andhra Pradesh.

This is ICICI HFC’s 12th branch in AP. Eluru is an established centre for trade in rice, oilseeds, tobacco and sugar. The company aims to provide the local community with a wide range of home loans, home improvement loans, office premises loans, home equity loans and loans against property. Commenting on expansion plans, Anirudh Kamani, MD and CEO, ICICI HFC said, “As part of our expansion strategy, we are focusing on States that have vibrant housing markets and residents are seeking financing solutions for their dream home.
