Kia has set its launch for June 2025, with pricing expected to be higher than the current Carens, which will continue to be available in the market.

Redesigned Looks and Upgraded FeaturesThe new Kia 7-seater is set for a complete design overhaul. Expect stylish new alloy wheels, revised roof rails, and refreshed LED headlamps and taillamps. The exterior and interior are likely to boast a more premium finish. Feature-wise, the SUV might come equipped with a 360-degree camera, rear parking sensors, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats for the front and middle row, and larger screens. Additionally, Kia could introduce ADAS and other safety enhancements to boost the SUV’s safety ratings.

Powertrain OptionsUnder the hood, the new Kia 7-seater is expected to retain the current Carens' engine lineup. This includes three options: a 1.5-litre petrol engine (113bhp & 144Nm), a 1.5-litre turbo petrol (158bhp & 253Nm), and a 1.5-litre turbo diesel (113bhp & 250Nm). Transmission choices will likely include iMT, DCT, and a torque converter automatic.
