Ola extends Prime Plus service to Hyderabad

Ola, has recently extended its Prime Plus premium service to Hyderabad. Following an extraordinary response in Bengaluru, the company is now introducing the service in Hyderabad, as well as in Mumbai and Pune.

The new premium service aims to provide customers with a seamless and top-notch commuting experience, featuring professional drivers and ensuring complete ride assurance to eliminate cancellations or operational inconveniences, as stated in a press release.

The Prime Plus service has been carefully designed to surpass customer expectations, offering an upgraded level of comfort, reliability, and convenience, thereby significantly enhancing customer satisfaction. The rollout of this service has commenced for select customers in the three cities starting today.

Encouraged by the successful pilot in Bengaluru, where the full-scale rollout received an overwhelming response, the Ola spokesperson announced the expansion to Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune, with further plans for a full-scale rollout in the near future.
