Mahindra XUV700 Gets Price Hike of Up to ₹50,000: Full Breakdown of New Prices

Mahindra & Mahindra has updated the prices for its XUV700 in India, increasing them by as much as ₹50,000 based on the variant and trim.

Since its launch in 2021, the XUV700 has been a popular choice in the premium SUV market and continues to sell well. The company is optimistic that this trend will keep going after the recent price adjustments.

The Mahindra XUV700 is offered in six trim options: MX, AX3, AX5 S, AX5, AX7, and AX7 L. The starting price for the MX variant is ₹13.99 lakh (ex-showroom), while the highest-priced AX7 L variant now costs ₹25.64 lakh (ex-showroom) following the increase.

The largest price increases have been applied to the AX7 and AX7 L models.

Specifically, the AX7 L diesel AT 7S, AX7 L diesel AT 6S, and AX7 L diesel AT 7S AWD have all seen a rise of ₹50,000.

Other versions, including the AX7 petrol and diesel in both automatic and manual, have increased by as much as ₹30,000.. Some variants, like the AX7 petrol MT 7S, AX7 petrol MT 6S, AX7 diesel MT 7S, and AX7 diesel MT 6S, have seen no price change.

As a premium SUV, the XUV700 competes with models like the Tata Safari, Hyundai Alcazar, and MG Hector Plus.

The Hyundai Alcazar offers the most affordable entry, with prices starting at ₹14.99 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Tata Safari starts at ₹15.49 lakh (ex-showroom), reaching ₹26.70 lakh for the top variant.

The MG Hector Plus has the highest starting price among its competitors, beginning at ₹18.00 lakh (ex-showroom).

Mahindra XUV700 has revised the prices for its AX7 and AX7 L variants, both in petrol and diesel, with price hikes ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 across various trims.

Petrol Variants:

- AX7 MT 7-STR: No price change, stays at ₹19.49 lakh

- AX7 MT 6-STR: No price change, stays at ₹19.69 lakh

- AX7 AT 7-STR: Price increased by ₹30,000, now ₹21.29 lakh

- AX7 AT 6-STR: Price increased by ₹30,000, now ₹21.49 lakh

- AX7 L MT 7-STR: Price increased by ₹30,000, now ₹23.79 lakh

- AX7 L MT 6-STR: Price increased by ₹30,000, now ₹23.99 lakh

Noe: Dual-Tone (DT) variants are priced ₹15,000 higher.

- AX7 MT 7-STR: No price change, stays at ₹19.99 lakh

- AX7 MT 6-STR: No price change, stays at ₹20.19 lakh

- AX7 AT 7-STR: Price increased by ₹30,000, now ₹21.89 lakh
