AgFarm to foray in Telangana

After tasting success in Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, AgFarm has now launched a range of its highly effective pest control products in Telangana.

Hyderabad: After tasting success in Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, AgFarm has now launched a range of its highly effective pest control products in Telangana. The move comes after the Dubai-based agrochemicals company received the necessary approvals from the authorities to sell its 11 products in the State.

The products include archive, alloy, thanx, libas, remaze, skype, longstar, hardy, and others. These products cover a wide spectrum of herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, and plant growth regulators. Crops and vegetables such as rice, wheat, cotton, brinjal, okra, tomato, grapes and chilli are covered. They target a variety of pests like jassids, aphids, thrips, bollworms, aphid, shoot fly and leaf hopper.

Vaman Alawadhi, Director of AgFarm said, "Agriculture is the backbone of the economy of this state and the better performance of this sector is vital for its inclusive growth. Our product basket contains all the necessary agro-inputs that can ensure higher yields by effective disease and pest control in all the major food crops grown in Telangana including paddy, cotton, mango, and peanuts."
