Scheduled for release in six languages, the film aims to capture a diverse audience, further bolstered by an exciting partnership with the Cinedubs app. This app allows viewers to enjoy the film in any of the six languages, regardless of the version shown in theatres, ensuring a seamless multilingual experience that enhances accessibility for a global audience.

Producer Ravi Shankar introduced this feature at a promotional event in Mumbai, emphasising the team’s dedication to connecting with fans across different linguistic and regional backgrounds. Additionally, Pushpa 2e will be available in the immersive IMAX format, providing an enhanced cinematic experience. With sky-high expectations building after the remarkable success of Pushpa: The Rise, this innovative approach is set to heighten excitement among fans worldwide.

So how does it work?

Simply download the Cinedubs app, then select the movie theatre, showtime, and preferred language for viewing the film.

However, the pressing question remains: will it actually function as intended?

More than two years ago, Kiccha Sudeep’s Vikrant Rona was set to utilise this technology, but when OTTplay tested it during an early morning screening, the app failed to recognise the multiplex and did not operate properly.

Additionally, due to the high audio levels in a cinema, even with noise-cancelling headphones, achieving a smooth and seamless viewing experience with Cinedubs might not be feasible.
