Shrikant Verma deserves special mention for his portrayal of the cunning liquor shop owner.

While "Dry Day" offers entertainment in segments, its potential for engagement could have been maximized. Nevertheless, it stands as a decent one-time watch, offering a glimpse into the eccentric small-town world created by the film and its quirky, offbeat charm.
