Thandel Box Office: Naga Chaitanya’s Film Nears Rs 50 Crore Mark

Thandel, featuring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, has maintained a steady performance at the box office since its release on February 7. The film, directed by Chandoo Mondeti, garnered approximately Rs 3.5 crore on its fifth day, bringing its total domestic earnings to around Rs 44.35 crore.
The movie opened with Rs 11.5 crore, followed by Rs 12.1 crore on Saturday and Rs 12.75 crore on Sunday. However, collections dipped to Rs 4.5 crore on Monday and further to Rs 3.5 crore on Tuesday.
"Thandel" portrays the journey of a fisherman who inadvertently crosses into Pakistani waters, leading to his capture. The film has received mixed reviews, with praise for the lead actors' performances and the music composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
As the film approaches the Rs 50 crore mark, it faces competition from upcoming releases. The box office performance in the coming days will determine its overall success.
