Stars from the Mega Family Skip Visiting Allu Arjun Post His Arrest: Pushpa 2 Controversy
Interestingly, no members of the Mega Family turned up to meet Allu Arjun.
Allu Arjun
After Allu Arjun's return home following his involvement in the Sandhya Theater stampede case, several Tollywood stars, including Venkatesh, Vijay Deverakonda, Sharwanand, Rana, Naga Chaitanya, Sudheer Babu, Upendra, Adivi Sesh, and Akhil, visited him to show their support.
Reports also indicate that Prabhas, Balakrishna, and Jr. NTR reached out to Allu Arjun over the phone to offer their solidarity. However, notably absent were members of the Mega Family, who did not visit Allu Arjun during this time.
It is well-known that there have been ongoing tensions between Allu Arjun and the Chiranjeevi-Pawan Kalyan camp, with particularly strained relations between him and Ram Charan. While Megastar Chiranjeevi reportedly visited Allu Arjun’s family soon after the arrest, he did not meet Allu Arjun in person. Chiranjeevi’s wife, Surekha, did visit her nephew, expressing that both she and Chiranjeevi were deeply concerned throughout the day of the arrest.
Sai Dharam Tej chose not to visit or comment publicly, while Varun Tej is currently on vacation. Ram Charan, along with other members like Vaishnav Tej and Niharika Konidela, also avoided visiting Allu Arjun. Pawan Kalyan, despite being an uncle to Allu Arjun and part of the NDA alliance, stayed silent, even as BJP leaders condemned the arrest.
The growing rift between Allu Arjun and the Mega family has become increasingly evident, with any rare public gestures of unity now seen as mere formalities. The strained ties, especially with Pawan Kalyan and Ram Charan, underscore the deepening divide between the Allu and Konidela families, which has become noticeable to fans of Telugu cinema.
