When Saif Ali Khan came back home on Tuesday after his hospital stay everyone in his family and his fan base let out deep breaths of relief. The actor's sister Saba Ali Khan expressed gratitude to her staff team that protected Saif after he was stabbed in his Bandra home on January 16.
Saba posted two photos on her Instagram Stories showing Saif's staff members Eliyama Philip and another female team member. You made my family safe and I thank everyone who helped protect my brother and his household. You are the BEST," she wrote.
On Instagram Saba shared her excitement after reconnecting with her brother following the stabbing attack. She reported that Saif remains hopeful and his recovery proceeds steadily.
I am glad to witness his steady progress towards recovery over the last two days. My finger injury didn't show until now but thinking back to my father's cricket accidents makes sense.
Earlier Saba visited Saif in the hospital and told us he was doing better. She feels happy because her brother continues to improve his health condition after two days. The pain in my finger made me recall my dad's old cricket injuries but I didn't know I had broken it until now. I wanted to let my finger heal naturally but this plan failed (winking face emoji). Glad to be with family! Always together (hugging face emoji),” she wrote.
During last week's break-in an intruder named Mohd Shariful Islam Shehzad Saif Ali Khan stabbed multiple times in his back. The doctors rushed the actor to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai for emergency medical care following serious injuries.
The police division created twenty investigation teams to handle the situation and established a legal record using Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita's different laws. The authorities captured the suspect when he ran to Hiranandani Estate in Thane before trying to escape to his village. The police found out he lived in Jhalokati district Bangladesh.
