Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has successfully sold two apartments in Goregaon for a total of Rs 15.25 crore. These flats, initially purchased by Singh in December 2014 at a price of Rs 4.64 crore each, are part of the Oberoi Exquisite project developed by Oberoi Realty in the Goregaon East area. The building, conveniently situated near Oberoi Mall on the Western Express Highway, has been the site of Singh's real estate dealings.

The two flats, boasting a generous 1,324 sq ft of usable space each, were accompanied by a total of six parking spots. The stamp duty for each flat amounted to Rs 45.75 lakh, as indicated by documents sourced from online property consultancy IndexTap.com.

Aside from this recent Goregaon transaction, Singh holds other noteworthy properties. In 2022, reports surfaced that the actor acquired a quadruplex flat in Bandra West for a substantial sum of Rs 119 crore.
