After a massive start, Pushpa 2: The Rule has seen a significant dip in its box office earnings as it continues its run over a month after its release. The Allu Arjun starrer, which debuted on December 5, enjoyed a strong initial run, but its magic seems to be fading, with earnings recorded much lower in recent days.

On January 14, the film earned just ₹1.14 crore on Day 41, according to early estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk. This marks a sharp decline, especially as the movie faces competition from newer releases like Ram Charan’s Game Changer, Disney's Mufasa, and Indian films such as Max, Marco, and Baby John.

Despite the challenges, Pushpa 2: The Rule managed to maintain some of its momentum, with a resurgence over the weekend. The film earned a combined ₹4.35 crore on Saturday and Sunday, showing a 73.91% increase on Saturday and a 17.50% rise on Sunday.

While earnings on Day 41 were slightly higher than the previous day's ₹1 crore, the bulk of the film's income came from its Hindi version, which generated ₹0.75 crore. The Telugu version earned ₹0.24 crore.

The movie, directed by Sukumar and produced with a budget of ₹400-500 crore, continues to attract attention, especially among Hindi-speaking audiences. The film’s Hindi version has performed better than the Telugu version in recent days. However, industry experts expect a potential boost with the release of the extended cut of the movie on January 17.

Pushpa 2: The Rule has earned an impressive ₹1718.35 crore globally as of Day 37, with ₹270 crore from overseas and ₹1448.35 crore from India. The movie's success has already been declared a box office hit by the makers, who claim it has earned ₹1831 crore.
