Parasakthi title teaser released: Sivakarthikeyan and Sudha Kongara's film shares a connection with Vanangaan

Sivakarthikeyan's latest film with director Sudha Kongara, titled Parasakthi, has released its official teaser, and it’s generating a lot of buzz. The teaser promises a hard-hitting political drama, showcasing Sivakarthikeyan in a powerful role as a man of the masses. The film also features Athravaa and Ravi Mohan (formerly Jayam Ravi), who appear in intense, fierce avatars.
The film stars Sreeleela, who is making her Kollywood debut after her success in Pushpa 2, and the music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar. Sudha Kongara, known for her work on Soorarai Pottru and Irudhi Suttru, brings her signature touch to the project.
Interestingly, Parasakthi shares a connection with Vanangaan, a film directed by Bala. Suriya, who was originally set to star in Parasakthi, had to step down from the project, and Sivakarthikeyan stepped in as his replacement. This marks the second major project Suriya has parted ways with recently. He was also slated to star in Vanangaan, but due to scheduling and logistical issues, he dropped out. The film was later revived with Arun Vijay in the lead, and it released on January 10 to mixed reviews.
As Parasakthi gains attention with its teaser, the connection to Vanangaan adds an interesting layer to the film’s buzz.
