Young actor Varun Tej has captivated audiences with his versatility in choosing unique stories and roles. His upcoming film, Matka, directed by Karuna Kumar, is a gripping period crime drama where Varun plays the pivotal role of Vasu. The story is set in 1958, following Vasu's journey as he arrives in Vizag from Burma as a refugee and eventually rises to become a powerful 'Matka' king. The film promises to showcase Varun in his full range as an actor and action hero. Meenakshi Chaudhary stars as the heroine. Produced by Vijayender Reddy Thigala and Rajani Talluri, Matka will be hitting theatres on November 14.
Kanguva Movie: Five Clans, Love, and Conflict
Protagonist Suriya, who enjoys a strong fanbase in both Telugu and Tamil, continues to captivate audiences across both industries. His latest film, Kanguva, directed by Siva, is a Pan-India release set to hit the screens on November 14. Featuring Disha Patani and Bobby Deol in significant roles, the film focuses on the love and conflict between five clans. Set in a world less than a thousand years ago, Kanguva promises to offer viewers a fresh and immersive experience, with Suriya portraying two distinct roles. The movie, made on a grand budget, will release in over 10,000 screens globally, offering a mix of high-octane action and emotional depth. The film will also be available in 3D.

Based on the acclaimed book Freedom at Midnight by Larry Collins and Dominique Lapierre, this web series chronicles the dramatic events surrounding India’s partition in 1947. Directed by Nikhil Advani, the series focuses on Gandhi's efforts to prevent the partition and his failed proposals to convince Jinnah. The series will stream in Telugu and Hindi on SonyLiv starting November 15.
Usha Parinayam
The film Usha Parinayam, self-directed by K. Vijaybhaskar, tells the story of love and relationships with Srikamal in the lead role alongside Tanvi Akanksha. After making an impact on the youth when it was released earlier this year, the film is now set to entertain OTT viewers on the Telugu platform ETV Win, starting November 14.
