Manchu Manoj Reportedly Files Police Complaint Against Father Following An Assault

Manchu Manoj was hospitalised with injuries to his leg and neck. On Sunday morning, reports suggested that an altercation occurred between Manoj and his father, Mohan Babu, leading to police complaints. However, Mohan Babu denied these claims, calling them "imaginary stories."

A video shared on social media showed Manoj leaving the hospital with assistance from his team, wearing a neck brace and appearing to have a leg injury that affected his mobility. While surrounded by reporters, he declined to comment on the incident as he headed to a waiting car. His wife accompanied him to the hospital.

News channels reported that Manoj was discharged after a health checkup and is expected to return for further tests due to suspicious injuries that doctors want to investigate. No official statement from Manoj has been released regarding the incident.

Reports indicate that Manoj called the police on Sunday morning, alleging an aide attacked him under his father's orders, while Mohan reportedly called the police as well, asserting that Manoj assaulted him. The conflict allegedly stemmed from a disagreement over properties. Mohan issued a statement denying the filing of any complaints, dismissing the news as false.

Mohan Babu stated, “There is no truth in the news that Mohan Babu and Manchu Manoj have filed complaints against each other. The media is broadcasting imaginary stories that Manoj turned up at the police station wounded. Don’t spread false propaganda without any evidence.”

Tensions within the Manchu family have been rumoured for some time, particularly between Mohan's sons, Vishnu and Manoj. Speculation about family disputes has persisted, notably after Vishnu did not attend Manoj’s wedding and a video surfaced of Vishnu allegedly attacking Manoj's relatives in 2023.
