Karanveer Mehra wins Bigg Boss 18 in thrilling finale, says ‘I am the chosen one’

Karan veer Mehra has surfaced as the big boss 18 winner. Mehra was blazoned as the winner by actor and host Salman Khan, at the grand homestretch event. The other top finalists included Vivian Dsena, Eisha Singh, Rajat Dalal, Avinash Mishra, and Chum Darang. Preliminarily, Munawar Faruqui won Bigg Boss 17, while MC Stan claimed palm in BB winner 16. This season premiered on October 6, with the grand homestretch broadcast live on Colors television and JioCinema.

This season of Bigg Boss gave followership ample drama, emotional fights, dolor, and evolving connections. The show premiered on October 4, 2024, featuring rivals like Vivian Dsena, Karanveer Mehra, Avinash Mishra, Chaahat Pandey, Alice Kaushik, Eisha Singh, Muskan Bamne, Shehzada Dhami, Shilpa Shirodkar, Gunaratna Sadavarte, Arfeen Khan, Sara Arfeen Khan, Tajinder Singh Bagga, Hema Sharma( popularly known as Viral Bhabhi), Shrutika Arjun, Nyrra M Banerjee, Chum Darang, and Rajat Dalal.

In an interview with ANI, Karan participated his joy and said that he believes he's “the chosen bone”. He said that winning back- to- back reality shows is rare, and he's proud to have achieved it. He preliminarily won another garden show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 14.

Reflecting on his trip, Karan revealed how the experience tutored him further about himself. He said that he discovered that he's relatively emotional. “Before, when I used to cry over little effects, I felt bad. But now, I believe that it’s okay,” he added.

Agitating his tense relationship with Vivian, Karan admitted covetousness played a part in their conflicts. “When two people fight for the same jewel, also there will be some bitterness. But I was also jealous of him that he got effects way lightly and sooner than me, which I've admitted numerous times in the show.

Mehra, as the winner, will admit Rs 50 lakh, matching the prize plutocrat from the former season. Along with the cash price, the winner got an exclusive gold jewel, designed to round the opulent innards of the Bigg Boss house.
