Aashiqui 3 Box Office: Will Kartik Aaryan Surpass Ranbir Kapoor To Set a New Record for Romantic Films Post-COVID?

Yesterday, the web was in frenzy over an announcement video for the musical that is coming to Bollywood with Kartik Aaryan as well as Sreeleela as the main characters. The video announcement was awe-inspiring and the combination of the main actors appeared appealing and fresh in every way. It made a positive impression on the viewers. It is believed to be the third installment in Aashiqui, i.e., Aashiqui 3. It could be the most successful box-office opener in the romantic genre following COVID.

Directed by Anurag Basu, the musical romance drama actually has the title Aashiqui 3, but due to legal issues regarding film rights and Mukesh Bhatt, its filmmakers haven't yet officially announced the title. It appears that when legal issues are resolved and the film's name is settled, its title will be announced. But, as the trailer featured a re-creation of Aashiqui's Tu Meri Zindagi Hai song from Aashiqui and the public will anticipate it as the Aashiqui's thirdquel.

The announcement video confirms Aashiqui 3. Aashiqui 3.0 will release in theaters this Diwali which puts it in a battle against Ayushmann Khurran as well as Rashmika Mandanna's Thama. Because Thama will be the next film from Maddock's Horror Comedy Universe, it will be a romantic drama that faces an uphill battle.
