Hyderabad: In 2020, Rahul Joshi and Gaurav Chouhan founded TechDome Solutions to bridge the technology gap for small and medium-scale businesses. With over a decade of experience in problem-solving and software development, they built a company focused on innovation, agility, and engineering excellence.

Having collaborated since 2012 as Microsoft student partners, Rahul and Gaurav spent years refining their skills. Rahul’s background in banking complemented Gaurav’s expertise as a freelance consultant for Microsoft and startups. Their shared vision led to TechDome’s inception as an outsourced product development company, tackling engineering challenges across fintech, edtech, healthcare, insurance, and media intelligence sectors.

Starting as a two-person team, they spent the first-year coding solutions themselves. By 2021, they hired a small team working remotely on US-based projects. In 2022, they expanded with physical offices in Indore and Hyderabad (Manikonda). By the end of the year, they had 15 employees and a growing client base.

2023 saw rapid growth, with a new Indore office housing 80-100 employees, attracting top talent from Hyderabad. In 2024, TechDome established a permanent office in Hyderabad, expanded internationally, and gained SelectUSA recognition as a high-growth startup. Today, it operates across India, the US, and the UAE, employing over 200 professionals.

TechDome sees itself as ‘Tech Doctors’, diagnosing and resolving complex engineering problems for businesses. Whether in AI, big data, or software architecture, they act as an SOS team for companies seeking technical expertise.
