Hyderabad: Srini Kamadi, who founded Aiden AI as a small startup, transformed it into a global enterprise with a rapidly expanding workforce within in a short span of time. With a rich background as a former senior vice president at Infosys, where he led a major enterprise application integration services unit, Srini brought decades of experience to his new venture.

Founded in May 2023 alongwith close partners and friends including current Chief Operating Officer (COO) Kiran Ventrapragada, Aiden AI was born from the recognition that many organisations were struggling to navigate the crossroads of artificial intelligence and the digital economy. “We saw an opportunity to build a next-generation digital company that helps enterprises digitise their core using AI-driven IT and professional services,” Srini explains.

Starting with just a handful of dedicated individuals, the company experienced exponential growth. Within a year, the core team expanded from three to 160 members, and today, Aiden AI boasts a workforce of approximately 400–500 employees spread across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and India. The company’s ambitious plan is to scale up to between 2,000 and 3,000 employees over the next few years, with a vision to create thousands of jobs - especially in technology hubs like Hyderabad.

Central to Aiden AI’s strategy is its focus on industry-specific AI solutions. Srini points out that while large language models and generic AI technologies are being developed by industry giants like OpenAI, Microsoft, and Google, the real competitive edge lies in tailoring solutions to specific industries such as banking, insurance, and healthcare.

To achieve this, Aiden AI has developed a comprehensive digital acceleration platform- a powerful tool designed to modernise legacy systems and drive digital transformation. This platform, built in India, integrates advanced testing automation and human-centric design to enhance user experience and reduce time-to-market. Additionally, the company has introduced prebuilt, industry-grade solutions that help clients streamline processes such as underwriting, claims management, and reinsurance, enabling rapid deployment and significant market advantages.

When asked about the challenges of managing ‘AI hallucinations’ (instances when AI systems generate inaccurate or unverifiable information), Srini emphasised the importance of building robust models grounded in verifiable data.

“We ensure our models are designed on a common framework where acknowledging and correcting inaccuracies is paramount,” he notes. The approach involves key factors i.e. relying on high-quality, verifiable data to generate reliable outputs. Incorporating clear frameworks that provide transparency and allow for user feedback. Continuously updating models to replace any response that doesn’t meet rigorous verification standards. By focusing on these principles, Aiden AI aims to maintain a high level of accuracy and trustworthiness in its AI solutions.

Discussing the broader context of AI regulation, Srini shared insights on the delicate balance between innovation and ethical oversight.

He believes that effective regulation should ensure fairness, non-discrimination, and protection of personal data in line with frameworks like GDPR. He also highlighted the critical role of cybersecurity, noting that as AI models become more powerful, they also attract more sophisticated hacking attempts. “Cybersecurity companies must be agile and proactive in defending against these threats, ensuring that our systems remain secure,” Srini added.

With closed revenues of $20 million and plans to reach $100 million in the near future, Aiden AI is poised for a transformative impact on the digital and AI service landscape. Srini Kamadi’s vision is clear: by combining a robust digital acceleration platform with targeted industry solutions, Aiden AI will continue to drive innovation, deliver tangible business outcomes, and create meaningful employment opportunities on a global scale.
