Pune, Dec 18 DY Patil International University has organized a 7-day ATAL IDEA lab Faculty Development Program (FDP) sponsored by AICTE on December 16-22. The theme of this advanced FDP is 'Electronics System Design (ESD)' where participants are learning about all 7 pillars of ESD and getting a technical hands-on experience.
This AICTE IDEA lab FDP is uniquely designed and sponsored to only IDEA lab associated institutions/universities around India under the scheme of National Education Policy 2020. Under the supervision of AICTE IDEA lab Chairman and the University Vice Chancellor, Prof Prabhat Ranjan, the program is being conducted by Dr Niharika Singh, Program Coordinator and Yudhishthir Raut, Program Co-coordinator with the DYPIU FDP team.
On December 17, Madhukar Waware, Deputy Director, e-governance cell, AICTE visited DYPIU and enthusiastically interacted with the participants and asked if participant's peer institute/university need essential requirements and support from AICTE, India. Vipin Vibhute, assistant professor, DY Patil College of Engineering, has supported to conduct technical hands-on sessions with his team. The highlights of the FDP is DYPIU IDEA fabrication lab at DYPIU setup by Prof Ranjan and other tools and simulators related to IoT, PCB designing, NI instruments and wireless communication.
