Bangaluru: In its effort to spread awareness about emergency care, Narayana Health, has unveiled its medical docu-series, ‘InsidER.’ Narayana Health, one of India's leading healthcare providers, has come up with a docu-series, to be premiered exclusively on Jio Cinema, Jio TV, and TV+ on March 27, to tell the true stories of patients who faced life-threatening emergencies.
The docu-series has 10 episodes, each lasting 8-10 minutes.
“With 'InsidER,' Narayana Health brings the heart of emergency care directly to viewers. These are stories of struggle, resilience, and the unwavering dedication of our healthcare teams. We believe this series will inspire people and highlight the importance of acting swiftly during the 'golden hour' – those crucial moments when rapid intervention can make all the difference in an emergency,” said Dr Devi Shetty, founder & chairman of Narayana Health.
We want to increase our footprints, and add more hospitals and more facilities along with emergency services. We're also launching Narayana Emergency Ambulance Response (NEAR). So, if you have one pan-India number, you can reach out to us, and wherever we will guide you to the nearest best place, Shetty said.
“With InsidER, Narayana Health goes beyond awareness to empowerment. This series brings the realities of medical emergencies to life, showing what bystanders, ER (emergency room) doctors, and specialists do to save lives. Together with our NEAR initiative, 'InsidER' is a powerful tool. We want people to feel equipped with both the knowledge to act in those critical moments and the assurance that rapid help is always available through NEAR," added Dr Emmanuel Rupert, managing director & group CEO.
It was Viren Shetty’s idea to make this docu-series so that important information could be disseminated innovatively and interestingly, said Ashish Bajaj, group chief marketing officer. Viren Shetty is executive vice-chairman.
