Collaborating with its dealer partners, TKM has established special emergency helpline numbers and designated personnel to provide immediate assistance to customers in distress. Furthermore, Toyota Tsusho Insurance Broker India Private Limited (TTIBI) is actively communicating vital information to customers, offering guidance on precautions and proper vehicle handling during flood situations.
