Oil Marketing Companies have announced a decrease in prices for 19-kilogram commercial LPG cylinders across India, including major cities like Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Chennai. The prices slashed, reduced by Rs 19, are effective immediately.
In New Delhi, the new price for a commercial cylinder is Rs 1,745.50, while Mumbai's price has dropped to Rs 1,698.50 from Rs 1,717.50. Similarly, Chennai sees a reduction to Rs 1,911 from Rs 1,930. In Kolkata, the price is now Rs 1,859, after a Rs 20 decrease.
These revised rates are influenced by the recent decline in global oil prices, which affect domestic fuel prices. This reduction marks the third consecutive day of falling oil prices.
