Hyderabad Taking a cue from PM Modi's clarion call of Har GharTiranga, Raminder Singh Soin, MD of Resolute Group on behalf of Resolute4IP started a new campaign called 'GharGhar Gi'.
On the occasion Soin said, "The objective of the initiative is to promote our GI registered products and thereby help artisans and weavers. Corporates should consider gifting GIs to set the trend for others, and there after the society take it up or vice versa."
India has more than 400 registered GI Products and people can choose from any one of these to gift their loved ones this festive season. Subhajit Saha, GI Practitioner and part of the Resolute4IP group hailed the call and urged all to tag in social media and spread the message to give good returns to our hands at work in textiles and handicrafts. Telangana has 15 registered GI and is in the process of registering a few more GIs from Telangana to add to the list.
