Prime Minister Narendra Modi has released the 19th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, disbursing ₹22,000 crore directly into the bank accounts of eligible farmers. The announcement was made from Bhagalpur, Bihar, ensuring financial support reaches beneficiaries via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

PM Kisan 19th Installment: Key Details

Under the PM Kisan scheme, registered farmers receive ₹6,000 annually in three installments of ₹2,000 each, credited every four months:

April - July

August - November

December - March

This initiative, launched in 2019, has become the world’s largest Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme, aimed at providing financial aid to farmers across India.
