What inspired you to become an entrepreneur at such a young age?

As a young entrepreneur, my inspiration to embark on this journey stemmed from observing the challenges that many individuals face upon completing their education – the daunting uncertainty of selecting the right career path. Witnessing this struggle motivated me to explore innovative solutions within the recruitment and hiring domain.

I envisioned creating a platform that would simplify the job search process for candidates while equipping recruiters with efficient tools to streamline their processes. It was this ambitious aspiration that propelled me into the realm of entrepreneurship.

Could you share a bit about your educational background and how it has influenced your business ventures?

My educational background has played a pivotal role in shaping my business ventures. I completed my schooling at Modern School, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi and pursued a degree in fashion technology from Amity University. This educational journey exposed me to diverse experiences and underscored the significance of networking.

It was during my university years that I actively engaged with the placement team and the Entrepreneurship Club, experiences that ignited my passion for recruitment and entrepreneurship. These formative experiences significantly influenced my decision to establish Erekrut, a platform dedicated to simplifying the hiring process.

What challenges have you encountered as a young entrepreneur, and how did you overcome them?

The journey of a young entrepreneur is marked by a distinct set of challenges, including the task of gaining investor confidence and building a user base. However, I consider myself fortunate to have had a supportive network, including my father, an accomplished businessman.

Collaborating with him and tapping into his extensive industry insights and connections proved instrumental in overcoming many obstacles. Furthermore, the innovative approach of Erekrut and the value it provides to job seekers and recruiters alike played a pivotal role in surmounting these challenges.

Can you tell me about a mentor or role model who has had a significant impact on your entrepreneurial path?

My father stands as an unwavering influence and mentor in my entrepreneurial odyssey. With over 27 years of expertise in the training and placement domain and a profound understanding of business operations, he has been an invaluable source of guidance.

He instilled in me the importance of resilience, adaptability, and unwavering perseverance in the dynamic world of business. His steadfast support and profound insights have been pivotal contributors to Erekrut's success.
