AP CM asks officials to clear hurdles on R5 zone
Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy directed the officials to take all possible legal steps to overcome obstacles coming in the way of construction of houses for the poor in R5 zone of the CRDA region.

Amaravati Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy directed the officials to take all possible legal steps to overcome obstacles coming in the way of construction of houses for the poor in R5 zone of the CRDA region.
At a review meeting on the Housing Department held here on Thursday, the Chief Minister expressed displeasure over the hurdles being created by certain sections of people with a view to deny houses for the poor.
Several people are joining together to deny houses for the poor at every step, he said adding they do not want the poor to acquire houses. He asked the officials to overcome the hurdles through necessary legal measures and expedite the construction of houses with a strong resolve.
Officials explained about the court cases coming in the way of construction of houses. They informed the Chief Minister that 45,101 beneficiaries opted for the option three and selection of contractors is also over.
