Aparna Constructions launches Rs 2,425 cr projects

Hyderabad: Real estate developer Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited announced the launch of two gated community apartment projects in the city, Aparna Newlands and Sarovar Towers, with a combined investment outlay of Rs 2,425 crore. These projects collectively consist of more than 2,500 apartments wherein individual unit sizes ranges from 1,475 sft to 3,700 sft.

Spread across 14 acres, Aparna Newlands is located at Tellapur with connectivity to the Outer Ring Road. The project has eight high-rise towers, each comprising 42 floors, totaling 1,976 units. It provides 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments, with sizes ranging from 1,475 sft for 2.5 BHK units to 1,991 sft for three BHK units. Aparna Sarovar Towers is a 50-floor high-rise in Nallagandla. The project is spread across five acres presenting a total of 585 units distributed among three towers. The units are available in configurations of 2,878 sft to 3,700 sft featuring East, and West facing apartments.
