TCS collaborates with Europ Assistance to enhance global IT operations

Europ Assistance, a prominent global assistance and travel insurance company, has chosen Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a strategic partner to revamp its worldwide IT operating model. TCS will play a crucial role in enhancing resilience, scalability, and user experience for Europ Assistance. With a customer base of nearly 300 million across 200 countries, Europ Assistance sought a transformation partner to align its IT ecosystem with its mission of providing services 'Anytime, Anywhere' and to support its growth.

As part of this multi-year collaboration, TCS will expand its delivery centers in Europe and other regions to offer comprehensive enterprise IT application services to Europ Assistance. The partnership will also involve the implementation of TCS's proprietary solution, ignio AIOps, from the Digitate suite. This AI and ML-powered solution will furnish Europ Assistance with actionable insights into its technology stack, enhancing productivity and availability.

The strategic alliance aims to enable Europ Assistance to scale its business capabilities, strengthen its partnership ecosystem, and accelerate its speed to market. Additionally, TCS and Europ Assistance will engage in co-innovation efforts, collaborating on inventive use cases that leverage generative AI and other advanced technologies to drive further advancements in the partnership.
