In a celebration of India's flourishing internet creators and the remarkable success of gaming creators, STAN, a blockchain-based fan engagement startup, hosted the STAN Creator Fest. The event, held at Enigma The Experience in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, brought together over 500 gaming and esports creators.
The blockchain gaming industry in India has seen remarkable growth in recent years and is projected to reach a valuation of $5 billion by 2025. According to an EY report, India's content industry is on track to surpass $30.6 billion in valuation by 2023, with a significant portion of digital content creation being led by gaming and esports creators.
STAN Creator Fest 2023 had a primary focus on supporting India's micro and emerging creators, providing them with a platform for networking, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing at the crossroads of gaming and content creation.
