Sr Journalist Dileep Reddy gets award

Hyderabad Telangana Saraswatha Parishath has decided to honour senior and prominent journalist R Dileep Reddy with Dr Devulapalli Ramanuja Rao Award for the year 2023.

Telangana Saraswatha Parishath (TSP) is honouring Dileep Reddy for his services as journalist, editor and environmentalist. Reddy, who hails from Medak district, worked in several prominent Telugu newspapers in senior positions and also as Information Commissioner in undivided Andhra Pradesh, Prof Elluri Shiva Reddy, president, and Dr J Chennaiah, General Secretary, TSP, said in a statement. Dr KV Ramana Chary, advisor for Telangana government, will present the award along with a silver coin, shawl, and citation, cash reward of Rs 25,000, as a token of appreciation on August 25 at Dr Devulapalli Ramanuja Rao Kala Mandir.
