Hyderabad: Samsung, India's leading consumer electronics company, has unveiled its latest addition to the retail landscape with the opening of a Premium Experience Store at The Mall of Asia in Bengaluru. This marks Samsung's continued commitment to providing exceptional products and services to its customers, catering especially to the tech-savvy population in Northern Bengaluru.
Spread across a spacious 1200 sq. ft. area, the new Premium Experience Store boasts the latest Samsung premium store design, offering a wide array of products including smartphones, laptops, tablets, and more. Beyond just a retail space, this store is designed to be an immersive destination, featuring new zones such as SmartThings, a Gaming zone, and an audio-visual zone. Additionally, there is a dedicated service center to cater to any customer needs, ensuring a seamless experience from purchase to after-sales service.
Customers visiting the store will be greeted with exclusive offers, including early bird giveaways for the first 200 customers who purchase Samsung products worth Rs 20,000. For those looking to upgrade their Galaxy devices, select products come bundled with Galaxy Buds FE at an attractive price of Rs 2999. Not stopping there, consumers will also enjoy 2X loyalty points on transactions exceeding Rs15,000, adding even more value to their purchases.
Sumit Walia, Vice President of D2C Business at Samsung India, expressed excitement about the new store, stating, “Following six years of fantastic response to our flagship experience center in the city, the Samsung Opera House, we are delighted to introduce another Premium Experience Store in the Mall of Asia, Bengaluru." In addition to the product offerings, the store will be a hub for educational activities, hosting Galaxy workshops as part of the ‘Learn @ Samsung’ program. These workshops are tailored for tech enthusiasts, especially Gen Z and millennials, focusing on areas such as AI education and other consumer passion points.
At the Mall of Asia store, Samsung introduces a "phygital" experience through its Store+ platform, allowing customers to browse and order from over 1,200 Samsung products, whether available in-store or online. This digital Kiosk feature enhances the shopping experience, providing convenience and access to Samsung's extensive product portfolio.
